Baan Nong Boat School received significant funding in 2005/6 to work on improving their library. The project was enormously successful with a wide range of books and literacy teaching materials bought as well as library corners where students can read in their spare time.

There was also enough money left over for the school to purchase some computers for the students. The library is now a functioning and valued school resource.
