Computer Fund Project
An important Ripple Effect initiative is fundraising for donations for the purchase of computers for schools. The computers will be bought in bulk in Thailand and distributed to the schools there.
The Ripple Effect often receives generous offers of donations of books and computers to send to Thailand. Unfortunately we are unable to accept those donations because of complexities involved in shipping.
We raise funds for educational resources and are assisted by the Community Building in Rural Development (CBIRD), who transfer money from Australia to the schools and act as an intermediary between the schools and young people running the project.
The Ripple Effect Computer Fund target is $10,000.
