Meet Our Team
Each year a minimum of four Ripple Effect volunteers visit the schools in Thailand. For some of the 08 team this will be their first time. During their time in Thailand they will visit schools to view implemented projects as well as give funding for new projects.
The Ripple Effect Phase 2 Team have just returned from Traveling to Thailand and are compiling their report, see the team below:
Laura Zeeman the phase 2 teams finance coordinator and is currently studying nursing and paramedics.
Elicia Napoli the ripple secretary who is a childcare coordinator in Melbourne
Dusadee Coulson our Phase 2 Translator and Thai speaker who also works with SBS radio
Nicole is our Tassie volunteer who fundraises in organisations and schools in Tasmania. She is also a Uni student.
The Ripple Effect team is a dynamic mix of skills with each volunteer taking on different aspects of the project. While some of the team travelled to schools early this year, the rest of the team remained in Australia or Bangkok to continue fundraising work.
Other 2008 Ripple Members are:
Chonlathan ‘Golf’ Malithong who is our Thai speaker and translator. Golf resides in Thailand and assists the project each year with liasing with schools and donors in Thailand He is currently studying tourism.
Emily Blyth who coordinates Ripple presentations and donations within Australia and is also a qualified teacher.
Rebecca Zeeman our Ripple schools coordinator and a student of social work
Anthony Napoli the resident Ripple Photographer who is also a naturopath.
Shane Litsch is our fundraising guru and a medic in the army
Jake Lindsay does the graphic design work for The Ripple Effect and is a student studying landscape architecture
