The Ripple Effect is one of several programs and initiatives that work with and for youth. We admire the work of:
Australians for Cambodian Education(ACE).
ACE is a program run by Australian youth aimed at improving the quality of education for children in Cambodia.
Earthsharing Australia
Run by young Australians, Earthsharing promotes youth involvement in economically sustainable initiatives, including camps, filmmaking, courses and workshops.
The Children First Foundation
The Children First Foundation provides life-saving surgery for children from all over the world. It is run by a group of volunteers who work to improve and save the lives of children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Oak Tree
The Oak Tree Foundation is run by young Australians who work on a variety of international projects. They are another example of young Australians getting actively involved in the international community.
Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA)
RYLA is a fantastic program that fosters and develops the leadership skills of young Australians. It is a great opportunity for young people who are looking to get involved in their communities.
Centre For Sustainable Leadership
Training young people to become sustainable leaders in all aspects of local, national and international leadership.
Croc Fest
Based on the tenet of “our future, we decide”, Croc Fest works with rural Australians around the country to show them the opportunities available.
